Garbine Muguruza has defeated Venus Williams to win her first Wimbledon crown.
Murguruza saved two set points at 4-5 down in the first set, before reeling off nine games in a row to win 7-5, 6-0 to win her second major, following her French Open triumph last year.
Murguruza hit 14 winners, 11 unforced errors and won four of seven break points in the win.
Amazingly, it is only Murguruza's fourth career title. No other player has won so few titles at the time of winning their second Grand Slam.
She is also the first person to beat both Williams sisters in a singles Grand Slam final, after she beat Serena in the Roland Garros final in 2016.
