Cesc Fabregas' career at Chelsea may be over, after it was reported the Spaniard is not in Antonio Conte's future plans.

Conte is known to play a high-tempo style of play and it's one that Fabregas isn't familiar with, meaning the 29-year-old may need to leave Chelsea in order to find some first team action.

Chelsea have offered Fabregas to Real Madrid, Barcelona, PSG and Juventus, although none of those clubs expressed any deep interest in the midfielder.

AC Milan and Inter are interested in the former Arsenal and Barcelona star, although the club is unsureย whether Fabregas wouldย be happy toย move to Italy.

โ€œWhen a coach takes a decision there is always a reason but I prefer to keep it for me,ย Conte said after dropping Fabregas for the game against West Ham.

"But I don't see any problem and I'm very happy to have these players."
