The 2023/24 summer cricket schedule has been revealed, with Australia's men's and women's sides set to combine for an action-packed season at the end of this year.
The men's schedule will see a day-night Test return to the Gabba for Australia's second and final red-ball match against the West Indies, a series that will follow a trio of Tests against Pakistan.
The men's Test summer will commence in Perth in mid-December, before the Boxing Day Test and Sydney Test decide the series between the host nation and Pakistan. Australia will then welcome the West Indies to Adelaide Oval on January 17 before finalising their Test schedule at the Gabba with the pink ball.
That Brisbane Test will commence on January 25 and lead into six white-ball matches against the West Indies across the nation, split evenly between ODIs and T20s.
The men's schedule will follow a busy opening to the summer for the Australian women's side, who will kick off the schedule in October with 12 white-ball matches against the West Indies and South Africa before a Test match against the Proteas in Perth.
Australia will face the West Indies in a trio of T20 matches before a further three ODIs ahead of an identical structure of games against South Africa.
The women's schedule will conclude with a four-day Test match against South Africa at the Waca from February 15.
