Bobo set up two goals and scored one of his own as Sydney FC stormed into the final four of the FFA Cup.

The Sky Blues started the stronger side and opened the scoring inside 15 minutes as Filip Holosko tucked away an inch perfect cross from his former Besiktas teammate.

Sydney doubled their lead in the 25th minute through David Carney, as he thundered a volley into the back of the net.

Blacktown City needed to come out after half time and try to get themselves back into the game, although their A-League opponents weren't allowing them to do so.

Bobo finally got his name on the scoresheet with just 13 minutes to go, tapping in Michael Zullo's cross from close range.

Tim Cahill found the back of the net for the first time in City colours as Melbourne dominated the Wanderers at AAMI Park.

Michael Jakobsen's spectacular bicycle kick after just two minutes had the home side in front early, and some beautiful play between Cahill and Bruno Fornaroli saw the Uruguayan double City's advantage.

Cahill didn't have to wait much longer for his goal however, as City were awarded a penalty on half-time following a clumsy challenge from Wanderers captain Nikolai Topor-Stanley.

The defender was red carded - meaning he'll miss the Sydney Derby in Round 1 - and Cahill put the result beyond doubt from the penalty spot.

Fernando Brandan added a fourth with just under half an hour to play, beforeย Dimas Delgado got one back for the visitors.
