Canberra Olympic and Melbourne Victory have won their way through to the semi-finals of the FFA Cup after wins over Green Gully and Bentleigh Greens respectively on Tuesday night.

The pair join Sydney FC and Melbourne City in the final four after the two A-League sides won their quarter final clashes last week.

A Melbourne derby will headline the semi-final matches, as Victory and City will do battle for a spot in the FFA Cup final.

Canberra will host Sydney in the other semi-final, as Olympic became the last Member Federation club left in the tournament following an unbelievable finish.

A stoppage-time penalty from Canberra goalkeeper Angelo Konstantinou was the only goal on the night in the nation's capital, as the spot kickย led the 10-man team to victory.

Adam Rogic was given a red card on the hour mark, but the home side never gave up and were rewarded with a place in the final four against A-League opposition.

Two goals in five minutes to Marco Rojas and James Troisi saw the Victory book their spot in the final four after defeating the Bentleigh Greens 2-0.

A fairly even first half soon turned into dominance for the reigning FFA Cup champions, and when Rojas put the ball in the net after an Oliver Bozanic cross Melbourne stepped it up a gear.

The second effectively ended the game for the visitors, and a Melbourne derby now awaits.
