NSW Waratahs coach Daryl Gibson is praying that Kurtley Beale rejects a big money move to the UK to remain in Australia.
Waratahs star Beale has reportedly been offered a $1.35 million a season deal to join London Wasps.
"Obviously Kurtley's got some big decisions coming up in the near future," Gibson said.
"Right now he's training the house down and playing particularly well for NSW.
"It would be really disappointing to see him go. We're doing everything we can to keep him but we can't fault his commitment to this team right now.
"I guess those comparisons and environments are always going to be made and ultimately that's the decision for Kurtley.
"We've got an environment here that we're proud of.
"We provide a very stable nurturing place for him and he's done well and I'm sure he'll consider all those factors when he makes a decision."
Beale, 27, has played 60 Test for Australia and made 117 Super Rugby appearances.
