Burnley have broken the bank overnight, with new signing Steven Defour costing the club a record fee.
The 28-year-old cost the Claretsย ยฃ7.5 million, as the 28-year-old will sign a three year contract with his new club.
The Belgian has made 46 appearances for his country and represented his native land at the 2014 FIFA World Cup, and Defour has set his sights on keeping Burnley safe this season.
โI hope I can bring my experience to the team and the club to stay in the Premier League,โ said Defour.
