Whether chasing a score or setting one, digging in at the crease after taking centre is the key to winning at Test cricket, with the best XIs adept at batting for hours and hours on end.
Throughout the game's well-chronicled history, many batters have notched tonnes, double tonnes, and, on rare occasions, triple tonnes during their stays at the popping crease.
But how many batters have raised their blade to celebrate scoring 300?
In international red ball cricket history, 27 batters have combined to score 31 triple tonnes, with four cricketers - Brian Lara, Sir Donald Bradman, Chris Gayle and Virender Sehwag - having achieved the milestone twice.
From Warner to Taylor, McCullum to Hammond, here is the full list of Test cricketers to have scored at least one international triple-century.
