Khawaja brings up the 50!
Following the loss of David Warner, Marnus Labuschagne and Usman Khawaja have put together a great partnership with one another.
However, just as it looked like he would bring up a half-century, Khawaja departs the crease three runs shy. The prolific batter was originally given not out but the decision was overturned after a review from Pakistan.

Longtime childhood friends - now partners at the top of the order - David Warner and Usman Khawaja look comfortable at the crease and earned the cheers of tens of thousands of fans in attendance.
As if a higher power was watching over Warner, a thick edge off the bat ended up in the gap between the second slip and gully.
Pakistan are bowling diligently through pacemen Mir Hamza and Hasan Ali, causing trouble for the Aussies. However, no real wicket-taking chance has yet to arrive.
