Fox Sports News journalist Daniel Garb has on Monday tweeted that Adelaide United have signed Blacktown City star Danny Choi as an injury replacement.

The 22-year-old last week admitted to having conversations with Adelaide United over a possible deal, although without a visa it was thought the Choi discussions couldn't progress.
Choi has shot to national stardom over the past couple of months, after scoring a 70-metre screamer in the FFA Cup Round of 32, as well as leading City to an NSW NPL Championship after scoring a double in a 3-0 win.
