2023 will see 40 bilateral tours and a World Cup, bringing with them hundreds of matches.
Zero Wicket have compiled the full list of fixtures for 2023, and will update this page every time a new fixture is confirmed, with most tours in the second half of the year still yet to have specifics announced by the competing cricket boards.
World Cup fixtures are also yet to be announced.
Once a tour is completed, it will be moved to the bottom of the page and updated with match results.

New Zealand multi-format tour of Pakistan
The first Test was played at the end of December, with New Zealand to kick off their year with the second Test, followed by three ODIs.

Bangladesh will host Ireland in a single Test, as well as three ODIs and three T20Is during March and April, with the spinning conditions to be a stern challenge for the Irish.

Australia ODI tour of Afghanistan in UAE
Under Afghanistan's new deal with the Emirates Cricket Board, they will host all home games in the United Arab Emirates. The first of those will be a three-match ODI series against Australia at the end of March. Both teams have already qualified for the World Cup, so this will be an ideal opportunity to tune up for the tournament.

Ireland will hit the road in April to take on Sri Lanka, with a rare Test match for the nation to be included alongside a pair of ODIs.

Bangladesh limited overs tour of Ireland
Bangladesh were originally set to return the earlier favour with a Test match in Ireland, however, the two boards have since agreed to play an extra T20I, meaning the tour of Ireland will be three ODIs and four T20Is, with the matches in the 50-over format being the final of the Super League.

Ireland will play a one-off Test against England once again in 2023, with it to grace the historic Lord's.
World Test Championship final
Australia, India, South Africa and Sri Lanka all remain in the running to qualify for the second instalment of the World Test Championship final, which is set to be held in early June at The Oval in London.

Australia limited overs tour of South Africa
Following two big Test series away from home, Australia will get into World Cup tune up mode with a five-match ODI series and three-match T20I series against South Africa on the road. It also serves as South Africa's first bilateral fixture since the end of March, although they may to have to play a qualification tournament in June and July for the right to go to the World Cup.

The Asia Cup will revert to an ODI format for 2023 ahead of the World Cup, with Pakistan set to host. The final make-up of teams are yet to be confirmed, as is the host, with India unwilling to travel to the nation.

Ireland will know by this stage whether they have qualified for the World Cup, and could have a great opportunity to prepare in the form of a three-match ODI series against England, who also play their final matches before heading to India.

Australia's and India will have their final hit out for the World Cup with a three-match ODI series to be played in the week leading up to the tournament starting.

At the same time as the West Indies travel to play Afghanistan, and Australia play India, New Zealand will have their own hit out in sub-continent conditions with three ODIs against Bangladesh ahead of the World Cup.

ODI World Cup in India
The ODI World Cup will take centre stage in India during October and early November, with the tournament set to take approximately six weeks and feature ten teams. India, Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, Pakistan and New Zealand have already qualified, with another to qualify from the World Super League - currently, the West Indies, Sri Lanka, Ireland and South Africa remain in the mix. The three teams out of that group who fail to qualify, as well as already eliminated Zimbabwe and the Netherlands, are booked into a last ditch qualification tournament. They will be joined by Scotland, Oman and another team from League 2, as well as two teams from the qualifier play-off featuring Papua New Guinea, the United States of America, Canada and Jersey in the qualifier, to be held in Zimbabwe, with the two top sides joining the World Cup itself.

Australia T20 tour of India
Directly after the ODI World Cup, Australia and India will clash in a five-match T20 series which will set the beginning of the groundwork for the 2024 T20 World Cup, to be held in the West Indies and United States of America.

Directly after the ODI World Cup, New Zealand and Bangladesh will take the short trip to Bangladesh for two Tests in spinning conditions.

England and the West Indies will finish their year off in the Caribbean, with a three-match ODI and five-match T20I series to be played.

Pakistan Test tour of Australia
Pakistan will be the first team to land on Australian soil next summer for a three-Test series. The series, due to start in mid-December, will see two Tests before the end of the year including the Boxing Day Test, with the third Test to be played as the traditional new year's Test in 2024.

Bangladesh limited overs tour of New Zealand
Bangladesh and New Zealand will virtually jump on the same plane at the end of the second Test to travel to New Zealand, where three ODIs and three T20Is will be played.

For the second time in the calendar year, Ireland will tour Zimbabwe. As per the January 2023 tour, three ODIs and three T20Is will be played, but this time, they will also be joined by a Test match.
