Kerem Bulut is back in the A-League, as the 24-year-old has re-joined former club Western Sydney Wanderers on a two-year deal.

The club announced the signing on their Twitter page with a tweet not too dissimilar to that of Paul Pogba's United return.

Bulut scored six goals in his 13ย appearances for the Wanderers back in 2015, but has returned due to a tough situation in Greece.

The Australian U23 international left his club Iraklis in July after he was tired of chasing up unpaid player wages.

The Greek Super League club hadn't paid his wages since Christmas, and Bulut decided a move elsewhere would be of benefit to him.

โ€œIt's great to be here, I had a bit of a rough season last year so it's good to be back,โ€ Bulut told the club's website.

โ€œWe've got a big season coming up with the league and the Champions League, the new squad is looking perfect and it's just good to be around at the club that I love.

โ€œThere are big goals to achieve this year - from the coaching staff to the boys we want to finish on top in the league, go as far as we can in the Champions League and on a personal note I want to help the team and score 15-20 goals.โ€
