Nick Kyrgios has been knocked out of the French Open in the second round by South African, Kevin Anderson.

The young Aussie won the first set and was a break up in the second, before a classic implosion, which saw Anderson take the win 5-7, 6-4, 6- 1, 6-2.

Kyrgios' downward spiral saw him destroy two racquets and even call out to the crowd for a beer.

โ€œGet me a beer now,โ€ Kyrgios said. โ€œHonest to God, get me one now.โ€

After being seemingly in control at 4-2 up in the second, he only managed to win a further three games for the match.

He is likely to be fined for racquet abuse and for swearing during the match.

Anderson will now face Brit Kyle Edmund, who defeated Renzo Olivo 7-5, 6-3, 6-1 in the second round.
