Just days after acquiring the services of Christian Benteke from Liverpool for a club record fee, Crystal Palace have further bolstered their attacking options after reportedly agreeing a loan deal for Chelsea forward Loic Remy.
According to French outlet Le 10 Sport, Remy will join Palace on a season-long loan, and the London club will have an option to buy the striker for ยฃ10.3m following the loan spell.
Remy was once again pushed down the Chelsea pecking order after Antonio Conte signed Michy Batshuayi from Marseille over the summer, and it was clear that the Frenchman wasn't in Conte's plans for the upcoming season.
Remy joined the Blues in 2014 from QPR after an impressive season on loan at Newcastle United, but has been nothing more than a bench warmer since joining Chelsea.
The 29-year-old will see improved playing time with the Eagles after his career stalled at Chelsea.
