After being released from his contract in Germany, it is understood that Marco Rojas is set to meet with former club Melbourne Victory over a potential return.
Goal Australia reports that the Kiwi international could come back to Melbourne for the upcoming season, after a tough three years with German club Stuttgart.
Rojas left Melbourne Victory at the end of the 2012-13 season after winning the Johnny Warren Medal, and signed a four-year deal with the German giants.
The 24-year-old winger never made a senior appearance for Stuttgart, and managed just three and 46 senior appearances on loan at clubs Greuther Furth and Swiss side FC Thun respectively.
Rojas has been capped 25 times for his country, and if he was to come back and join Kevin Muscat's squad, he would become the Victory's fourth import.
