Australian John Millman has reached hist first ATP Tour semi final, defeating world No.15 Richard Gasquet in the quarter-finals of the Winston-Salem Open.
Millman won the match in straight sets, 7-5, 6-3, to set up a meeting with eitherย Pablo Carreno Busta or Andrey Kuznetsov.
The victory over Gasquet is Millman's highest ever ranked scalp.

The win is the ideal preparation for the world No.81 as he readies himself for the finalย Grand Slam of the year, the US Open, next week.
