Romanian and world No.4, Simona Halep, will face Latvian teenager, Jelena Ostapenko, in the 2017 French Open final.
Halep defeated world No.3 Karolina Pliskova 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 in the semi-final overnight, as she reached her second French Open final.
She will face Jelena Ostapenko, who marked her 20th birthday with a 7-6, 3-6, 6-3, as she continued her giant killing run.
If Halep can triumph and win her first maiden grand slam title, she will overtake German Angelique Kerber, as the world's No.1 ranked player.
