Brisbane Roar players were finally paid overdue wages on Monday, but staff from the three-time A-league champions are still waiting top be paid.
The overdue payments include wages owed to new coach John Aloisi and his coaching staff that were due on August 15.
Brisbane players were paid half of their wage of August 17 and the other half was paid yesterday, while some staff received as little as 20% of their wages on August 17.
The FFA wrote to the Indonesian owners of the club last week to seek clarification on "the timing of the outstanding payments".
Two officials from the club's Indonesian owners, the Bakrie Group, are set to arrive in Brisbane on Tuesday, in a move that the FFA believe is a sign of the group's acknowledgement of the severity of the situation.
It is believed the Bakrie Group are close to selling ownership of the club to a consortium of foreign and Australian investors.
