South Africa have announced a 15-member squad to take part in the Super League series to face the Netherlands.

Currently ranked 9th on the Super League standings, South Africa will take on the Netherlands in their final two Super League matches as they look to gain direct entry into the next ODI World Cup in 2023.

If they succeed in winning both games, they will surpass the West Indies who are currently in 8th place.

Fast bowlers Anrich Nortje and Kagiso Rabada will both return after being rested for the ODI series against the West Indies.

"We have named our strongest possible squad for these games given the importance of these matches in the context of qualifying for the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup," Enoch Nkew, Director of Cricket in South Africa said.

"We have a job to do and I am confident that with this group of players, we can get the job done."

"Cricket South Africa would like to wish Rob and his team well for the series against Netherlands. The second match of the series will be a special occasion as it marks the annual Pink Day."
