The T20 World Cup will move onto the Super Eight stage from Thursday morning, with 20 teams becoming 8.
The eight teams - two from each of the first round groups - will form two new groups of four and play three matches per side, with all points from the first round wiped.
In an oddity, ICC pre-tournament seeding will dictate the way the groups are set for the second round, although in only one instance has it changed the way the tournament could have played out.
That is in Group B, where England were allocated the top seed, but have finished second in their group, with Australia, allocated the second seed, topping the group.
Elsewhere, India and the United States of America qualified from Group A, while Afghanistan took New Zealand's spot to top Group C with the West Indies also going through.
South Africa topped Group D, while action on Monday (Sunday evening local time) confirmed that Bangladesh/the Netherlands have qualified for the Super Eight.
