Sportico has published its list of the 100 most valuable sports teams in the world, using publicly available information and financial records to determine the revenue of each team.

American teams across three different sports round out the top 10, with an international team not making an appearance until Manchester United. Only teams from six sports make the extended list of 100 with NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, soccer and F1 making up all of the inclusions.

In total, there are ten soccer teams, six from the EPL, two from La Liga, one from Bundesliga and one from Ligue 1. There are five F1 teams, 15 baseball teams, all 30 NBA teams and all 32 NFL teams, as well as eight NHL teams.

Sportico has Ferrari placed at 48, the first inclusion of a team outside of basketball, soccer or American Football and the Toronto Maple Leafs make an appearance at 70 as the first NHL team on the list.
