Usain Bolt, the fastest man in history, has reacted to Australian teenage sensation Gout Gout's record run after he broke a 56-year-old record set by Peter Norman.

On Saturday at the All School Championship, Gout ran an impressive 20.04 second in the 200m final, becoming the new fastest man in Australian history over the 200-metre distance.

"He looks like young me," Bolt said.

Gout Gout responded to Bolt's comment by reposting the photo on his Instagramย story with the fire emoji.

Already signed with Adidas, he recently locked in a training session with Olympian Noah Lyles and is looking forward to competing in the Olympics as he continues to get faster and faster as his body develops.

It is understood that Bolt never ran faster than 20.13 in 200m before he became the fastest man in the world.
