Football is, without a doubt, Germany's national sport.
Established in 1990, the Frauen-Bundesliga has had nine different clubs as winners over the years, with 1. FFC Frankfurt and VfL Wolfsburg leading the chase with seven titles each.
Most recently, FC Bayern Munich emerged as the winners of the 2023-24 season to claim their sixth title and are favourites to go back-to-back-to-back next season.
