We now come to that brilliant time in the tennis year, where a tournament so great takes place it is simply known as The Championships.

However, all the strawberry and cream in south-west London (28 tonnes and 7,000 litres of it respectively) cannot compare to the excitement about to unfold at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club over the next two weeks.

Traditionally impossible to predict, we're going to offer up some faux markets representing the likelihood of the hottest possible outcomes over the next fortnight.

How many of these will come true?

Dominic Thiem makes the final $12.50 ($41 to win the tournament via TopSport)

Dominic Theim is arguably the hottest player on the mens' tour right now, rising to a career high ranking of #7 earlier in the month and currently sitting at #8.

Despite being thoroughly beaten by Novak Djokovic in his first trip to the second week of a Grand Slam at Roland Garros, it was an important breakthrough for the young Austrian, and it would not be a surprise to see him back there again at Wimbledon.

Could he maybe pull an upset or two and make the Final? I certainly wouldn't be backing against him.

Nick Kyrgios makes the second week - $10.00 ($26 to win the tournament via TopSport)

Nick Kyrgios was the last wildcard to make it through to the second week of The Championships, doing so in 2014, and looked headed back there in 2015 before squandering a swag of set points in his loss to Richard Gasquet.

With a little luck on his side of the draw, he has a great opportunity to go deep into the tournament, with his game style suiting the grass courts of England perfectly.

Serena Williams does not win her 7th Wimbledon crown - $6.00 ($2.48 to win the tournament via TopSport)

Despite having lost the last three Grand Slam Finals, dating back to last year's US Open, Serena Williams is of course heavily favoured to take home another Wimbledon trophy.

However, this year's womens' field is as open as it's ever been. Multiple players in the draw have proven themselves capable of upsetting Williams on their day, and if someone does so, the crown is anyone's.

The Ivan Lendl reunion is enough for Andy Murray to win again - $4.00 ($3.75 to win the tournament via TopSport)

Fans of Andy Murray have been willing for their man to get back together with Ivan Lendl ever since they broke up, as Murray has never quite seen the same success without him.

With the calming influence of eight-time Grand Slam champion Lendl back on board, everyone in the tennis world waits with bated breath to see whether it is enough to again break the partnership of Novak Djokovic and Boris Becker.

In their first month back together, it probably won't be.

No one stops Novak Djokovic โ€“ $2.00 ($1.75 to win the tournament via TopSport)

Novak Djokovic is arguably the most unstoppable force in all of world sport right now, and his latest Grand Slam victory at the French Open affirms his legacy as one of, if not the greatest men's tennis player of all-time.

It would be a major upset to see Djokovic beaten at The Championships this year, even by Andy Murray. We're tipping Novak to continue his quest for a calendar year Grand Slam.
